    The Iraqi Assets claim

The point is moot after March 2003, President Bush decided
that rather than give this money to American soldiers suffering
hardships from the 1991 war it was better to give it back to the
Iraqi people who help create our hardships.

So $2,000,000,000 that could have helped the American
Soldiers of 1991 are given away without any regard to us.
This is the second Bush that screwed Gulf War vets out of
financial assistance, right along with George Sr. telling
King Fahd of Saudi Arabia that we soldiers don't need the
additional $2,000 a month the Saudi's were willing to pay
American Soldiers for being in the 1991 Gulf War. I'm sorry,
but Bush certainly wasn't speaking on my behalf - and
personally I should mail Bush a bill for what that war cost
    me over the years.

Both President Bushes suck, and should move to the middle
east to be with their oil assets. Haven't American Soldiers
suffered enough at the hands of these global economic
    monopolist.

What does this mean to me the veteran:

Why you file a claim against Iraq for damages done to your person.
Health, financial, and lively hood. You might see .10 cents on the
dollar for your claim when they finally release these assets someday.
    Something is better than nothing.
No Longer valid as of March 2003!
    How to file:

Mail the 1-96 Form CERTIFIED receipt to the address listed here:
