OSAGWI Town Hall Meeting
Fort Hood, Texas
April 22nd, 1999

This would be my first official time to meet with OSAGWI, and the joke at that time is if I would find myself buried with Jimmy Hoffa.
We met April 22nd in the hotel lobby of the Plaza Hotel, I had asked Vic Silvester if he would attend for my own personal safety.

We met with the following:
Cpt. Mike Kilpatrick
Dee Dodsen Morris
James Reeves

The primary topic was the declassification project, and
then we moved onto dealing with classified material. I
asked that former government employee's, veterans,
and such holding classified material be granted immunity
from prosecution - and that they waive "statements of
non-disclosure" for those unable to talk.

I also asked that I receive a trip log of this visit.

After it was all said and done, nothing would come
from any of this. Even after writing a certified letter
to William Cohen, it was obvious that until the
DOJ stepped in there would be no protection.
Thus no one else would come forward.
