This was the Hearing that started the Gulf War movement,
and made the Gulf War Illness a house hold name.

The data is broken down into sections since it is
a 550 page book, and so it is massive at over 29.9 megs.

As far as I know this this the first time it has been put on 
the net in its complete form. But, there is also the unpublished
sections sealed at the Senate for 30 years that hopefully
James Tuitte III will try to get released since OSAGWI has
committeed fraud around this data..
