Reference is made to your Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests, dated 7 July 1995, 22 August 1995 and May 9, 1996. These requests were forwarded to our activity from the Defense Personnel Support Ceter by letter, dated October 23, 1996, there reference number 96m119. Your inquiry concerns plague vaccine Lot No. 10H03A under contract 190-89-D-0618 with Miles Cutter Laboratories.
Your request was recieved on November 4, 1996, and a search was immediately undertaken within the cognizant offices of our agency. We have been unable to identify any information on Lot No 10H03A. Our policies and procedures in responding to FOIA requests are governed by the Defense Logistics Agency regulation (DLAR) 5400.14 entitled "DLA Freedom of Information Act Program". Pursuant to this regulation we are informing you that no records or documents relating to Lot No 10H03A have were found. Accordingly we have determined that a no record finding is appropriate for your request.
