Back in 1994, in fact on the 21 March'94, my first letter was sent to the manufacturers of the Plague vaccine that was used in the Gulf. This correspondence can be found here. This ultimately led me into correspondence with the DoD which is what this section is all about.

The correspondence here is presented in chronological order, as far as is possible. Files dated 7 July '95 thru 14 July '96 are the correspondence that led up to my lodging the appeal.

The appeal was initally lodged via e-mail on 20 May '96 and then followed up by regular mail on 8 September '96.

All files following this date are mail that I have recieved from the different agencies that are involved.

Interestingly, on re-evaluating this material I have come across something that was written by the FOIA Officer at Ft Detrick "requesting information on a plague vaccine that was passed over to United Kingdom Authorities", was this a slip of the tongue!

Note:

the letter of 22 January 1997 is currently the latest document in this collection of correspondence. If you would like to be notified when this collection is updated please forward your e-mail address to me for inclusion on my mailing list, you will then be updated at the earliest opportunity.
