I wrote back to the DPSC on 22 August to clarify a few points:
I am writing to thank you for your very informative reply regarding plague vaccine, dated 16 August 1995, received 22 August 1995. It has helped to tie up a lot of loose ends for me, which is great. However, there is one question that comes to light, referring to the DD form 250 that you enclosed it shows the quantity shipped as 5913, could you confirm that this was the totak shipment of lot 10H03A or were there other shipments?
Finally, if I may, could I take the liberty to ask if this vaccine was administered to your guys at all during Desert Sjield/Storm, or did they get the botulinum shot instead?
