Freedom Of Information Act Letter #8

Now onto the letters of appeal. They were sent via e-mail to an address they used to acknowledge reciept of my letters and to send me the standard Freedom of Information act reply, the e-mails were clearly marked "For ATTN of MRS Lisacchi". Again, I have had no reply to these e-mails!

First the e-mail from DPSC to prove that the e-mail does work!

Dear Ninah Marion,

could I please ask you that Mrs Lisacchi gets to see this letter of appeal. Mant thanks.

Refererrence: 96-M-119 Regarding Plague Vaccine 10H03A

Dear Mrs Lisacchi,

many thanks for your letter dated 19 June 1996, unfortunately it does not answer my question as to how a batch of vaccine purchased by the US for use by US Forces only somehow got into UK hands, there seems to be have some breakdown in accounting here if it is not shown on any records.

The above forms the basis of my appeal and I would respectfully request that an answer be sought at the earliest opportunity.

I have taken your advice andwritten to Fort Detrick.

Yours sincerely

Dave Austin UK GULF VETS "In Pursuit of the Truth"

OK, so no reply, not to be deterred I wrote again, but guess what still no reply!
